David G. Fuller - Medical Director

Dr. Fuller is a board-certified family medicine physician and serves as the medical director for the MyHealth Center. Dr. Fuller provides all aspects of medical care, including: gynecology, newborns, pediatrics, adolescents, adult men and women, geriatrics, with an emphasis on healthcare maintenance and preventive medicine.

Dr. Fuller is deeply rooted in the Modesto community. He obtained his Medical Degree from the Loma Linda University School of Medicine and performed Family Practice training at UC Davis, from which he was recruited by the Doctors Medical Center in Modesto. He has been a resident in the Modesto community for 26 years, where he raised his two children. Dr. Fuller has assisted in orthopedic, gynecologic, and general surgery for over 20 years.

Holly Chandler, MSN/FNP-C - Nurse Practitioner

Holly serves as the nurse practitioner for the MyHealth Center. She graduated from Sonoma State University with her MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the Spring of 2009 and is a part of the California Association of Nurse Practitioners. Holly has eight years of experience working as a nurse practitioner. She previously worked at Sonora Regional Medical Center where she provided oversight on daily operations within the clinic, performed physicals, diagnosed and treated work related injuries, and managed chronic conditions.

Natasha Douglass, FNP - Nurse Practitioner

Natasha serves as a nurse practitioner at the My Health Center. She graduated from Samuel Merrit University in 2018 with honors. She previously worked at Golden Valley Health Center as a family practice nurse practitioner managing a multitude of differing conditions in various age groups. Her experience includes managing chronic care conditions, sports physicals, well child checks, PAP smears, adult physicals, and preventative care
