Effective immediately, you and your family have access to Virtual Primary Care and Virtual Behavioral health through the My Premise Health member portal and mobile app. Virtual visits can be done by video or phone and are available to all full-time benefits eligible employees and dependents over the age of two.

Virtual Primary Care and Virtual Behavioral Health are a fast, convenient way to see a provider any time you need, with a dedicated team available to serve your primary care and mental health needs around the clock. On-demand Virtual Primary Care visits are ideal for non-emergency medical issues such as cold, allergies, rashes or sinus infections – and are available at no cost. You can also schedule appointments to see a mental health provider from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

With an average wait time of less than 15 minutes, and the convenience of being able to have a visit at any time and from anywhere, we hope you take advantage of the service if you need it.
